Van Ness Feldman is proud to have successfully advocated on behalf of the Clean Hydrogen Future Coalition (CHFC) and the Carbon Utilization Research Council (CURC) to preserve the Section 45V tax credit for clean hydrogen production, now extended through 2027, and the Section 45Q tax credit for carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. The preservation of these key tax credits will create a high-wage jobs and strengthen American energy leadership.
We thank the Senators who recognized the important role of clean hydrogen and carbon management in President Trump’s energy dominance agenda and worked to ensure these provisions were secured in the final legislation.
